The four main types of benchmarking offered by Talent Match:

  • Internal benchmarking: provides a comparison between the company's various internal departments.
  • Competitive benchmarking: makes comparisons with the company's most direct competitors.
  • Functional benchmarking: comparing two similar services within non-competing companies (which will therefore be more willing to exchange information).
  • Generic benchmarking: provides a general comparison (working methods, practices, salary scales, etc.) between two companies from different sectors.
